1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Rankstone ("Rankstone," "we," "us") concerning your access to and use of the website rankstone.ink and all related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service").

2. The Rankstone Service

Rankstone provides a platform for users to create and customize a public, 3D digital biography. The Service allows you to connect third-party accounts to display verified information and to upload your own content to personalize your public profile page.

3. User Accounts

Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Registration

You must register for an account using a third-party authentication provider (e.g., Google). You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date.

Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify Rankstone immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Your Content

You are responsible for all text, images, 3D models, information, and other materials that you upload, post, or display on the Service ("User-Generated Content" or "UGC").

Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your UGC.

License Grant to Rankstone

By submitting UGC to the Service, you grant Rankstone a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (e.g., for formatting purposes), display, perform, and distribute your UGC solely for the purposes of operating, developing, providing, and promoting the Service. This license ends when you delete your UGC or your account. However, you grant us a perpetual and irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute any content that has been included in our marketing and promotional materials prior to the date of your account deletion.

Content Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, screen, and remove any UGC at any time and for any reason, without notice, if it violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to post or share content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activities.
• Is hateful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or promotes violence or discrimination against any individual or group.
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity.
• Infringes on any third party's intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, or patent.
• Constitutes spam, unauthorized advertising, or chain letters.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Violation of this policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect to third-party websites, services, and applications (e.g., Discord, GitHub, Epic Games). Rankstone does not control and is not responsible for these third-party services or their content, privacy policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.

7. Rankstone's Intellectual Property

Excluding your UGC, all aspects of the Service, including but not limited to the Rankstone name, logo, visual interfaces, graphics, design, code, and all other elements of the Service, are the intellectual property of Rankstone and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature within the Service.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RANKSTONE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RANKSTONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rankstone and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lithuania to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide you with notice, such as by sending an email or displaying a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
